A charged up Ranveer Singh went all out to cheer for P.V. Sindhu ahead of her final badminton match against Spaniard Carolina Marin. At the launch of his new ad today, Ranveer shouted his heart out for Sindhu and expressed hope that she would win the coveted gold for India today.
“Sindhu we are all so proud of her. Every person in the nation who is following Olympics is proud of her and all our other girls who have done so very well. They kept our Indian flag was flying high yesterday. I salute all of them.”
Talking about her final match, Ranveer said, “It will be a big match and a tough one as she is playing the world no 1. But the entire country is behind her and I hope she gets the gold for India.”
Director Rohit Shetty and actress Tamannaah too lauded Sindhu and expressed hope that she would settle for nothing less than gold tonight.
